Disciplinary Committee do swear that I will without fear or favor, affection or ill-will discharge the
functions and duties of the Office of the chairman (member) of the Disciplinary Committee, and that
I will not, directly, reveal and matter relating to such functions and duties to unauthorized persons or
otherwise than in the course of my duty.
