AGENDA 4 In the next five years, we will:

Immediately establish the office of the Public Participation Rapporteur (OPPR) to promote
adequate public participation reflective of diverse views of Kenyans.
Formulate national policies to generate economic development plan that addresses equality
and equity in socioeconomic development throughout the country.
Ensure economic and political inclusion by formulating National Government policies to
generate economic development that guarantees equality and equity.
Ensure that all government appointments manifestly reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of
the people of Kenya.
Fully ensure implementation of the gender principle in appointive positions in the National and
County Governments and increase the visibility of women in the leadership position.
Review legislative framework to empower Public Service Commission (PSC) and other relevant
bodies on enforcement, avenues of a complaint by the public, and disciplinary measures for
non-compliance with national values and principles.
Fund and enable research, curating, and display of Kenya’s diverse cultures as a system that
shall lead to greater understanding and respect for our diversified cultural practices.
