o. Prevent eligible voters from having access to political opponents;
p. Bribe eligible voters;
q. Abuse positions of power or privilege;
r. Discriminate on the basis of race, sex, ethnicity, social class or religion.
23. Advocate and defend Party values and aspirations as set out in the Party
constitution
24. Demonstrate positive and dynamic leadership that translate the party policy and
programmes into action and impact
Any member who evidently defaults on the above shall be subject to: -
1. Suspension from the Party.
2. Expulsion from the Party
3. A fine by the Disciplinary Committee or the NEC
4. Denial by KANU PARTY of its ticket for candidature.
5. Denial of KANU PARTY elective leadership.
6. If the default borders on criminal offence, the party shall hand over the case to the state.
