The KANU Youth Congress (KYC) was founded with a mandate to champion the interest of the youths. KYC is geared toward the belief and principle of the partyâs ideology and core values. It is an integral part of the party and is subject to the partyâs control and discipline at ward, sub branch branch and national level.

To promote and maintain meaningful political participation of the Kenyan youth.

Rules & Regulations
- Respect, cooperate and uphold the democratic rights
of other members.
- Respect the promotion of consensus building in policy
decision making on issues of national importance that
affect the party.
- Respect the right of all persons to participate in the political process including the youth, minorities and
marginalized groups
- At all times be tolerant and inclusive in all their political activities.
- Advocate and defend Party values and aspirations as
set out in the Party constitution.
