PART  IB:                  LIST AND BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PARTY
                                                  NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS
                                                          ORGANS PROVIDED



               National Elections Board:- This is the primary organ of the Party to which the functions and
                     powers of the National Executive Council as far as  relates to nominations and elections are
                     delegated. It  is  The Party's primary organ for purposes  of  election and  or  selection of the
                     Presidential and  Deputy  Presidential Party  nominees,nd Gubernatorial, nominees   and the

                     final   authority  empowered to and  advise the  National   Executive  Council  regarding the
                     election and or selection and preparation and authentication of the list of Party nominees
                     to  contest  various elective  and  non-elective positions available  to  the  people of Kenya,
                     and the ultimate organ of the Party for preparing and issuing the Nomination Certificates and
                     Party Lists of The Party.

                Issuing  Nomination  Certificates:  -  The  National  Elections  Board  shall  be  the  sole  organ
                     charged with the function and responsibility of preparing  and  issuing  Nomination Certificates
                     to the Party Presidential candidate and to all other Party candidates upon completion of the
                     nominations and process, including final appeals, such Nomination Certificates   being pursuant
                     to the  final Party Nominations  List  and  being in accordance with the Party constitution and
                     any other provision of law; and Any other function that complements and or is appurtenant
                     to the foregoing, or that is provided for in these Rules.

                 County Elections Board: - This is a primary organ of the Party to which the functions and powers
                     of the National Executive Council through the express directive of the National Elections Board,
                     as far as relates to nominations and elections of The Party at the  County level, save as provided
                     here above, are delegated. There will be as many County Elections Boards  as the  number  of
                     Counties in Kenya, one to serve each County.

               National Elections Appeals Tribunal: - This is an organ of The Party to which the functions
                     and powers of the National  Executive  Council  are  delegated as  far  as  relates to the  role  of
                     receiving  and  discharging  disputes  in  relation  to  Party  nominations  and  elections  for
                     candidature to vie for any position in the party.
