cause, monies belonging to the Party to be invested in or used, or exchanged for the
purchase of such bonds, mortgages, shares and other forms of investments as deemed
fit.
40.9. Any disposal of party properties shall bear the signatures of the National Chairperson,
National Treasurer.
40.10. The Foundation shall use its best efforts to raise money for the Party and for the Party
activities.
40.11. There shall be a secretariat of the Foundation, called the KANU Foundation
Secretariat, comprising of professional property and investment manager or other staff
as the Foundation may deem appropriate for the efficient functioning and management
of the Foundation
