ARTICLE 48:



               THE POLICY DOCUMENTS WHICH THE POLITICAL PARTY WILL DEVELOP
               AND ON WHICH THE POLITICAL PARTY WILL PERFORM INCLUDING THE
               MANNER AND PROCEDURES IN WHICH THEY WILL BE DEVELOPED,
               APPROVED AND IMPLEMENTED

               Party policy documents shall be originated by secretaries to the various organs or committees or

               commissions  for  approval  by  National  Executive  Council  and  implementation  by  it,  its
               committees or sub committees or any other of its designated organ.





               ARTICLE 49:



               THE POLICY REPORTNG DOCUMENTS AND THEIR REGULARITY WHICH THE
               POLITICAL PARTY WILL PRODUCE INCLUDING THE MANNER AND THE
               PROCEDURES IN WHICH THEY WILL BE DEVELOPED, APPROVED AND
               PUBLICIZED.



               The Manifesto and the strategic plan of the party shall be developed by a committee of National
               Management Committee for approval by the National Executive Council and launched at a public

               forum. The documents shall be developed once in five (5) years.



               ARTICLE 50:



               ASSET MANAGEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, THE CUSTODY AND
               INVESTMENT OF THE FUNDS AND PROPERTY OF THE POLITICAL PARTY, AND
               THE DESIGNATION OF THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.



               The  Secretary  General  and  the  National  Treasurer,  National  Management  Committee  shall
               propose investments to be done by the party to the National Chairperson and National Executive

               Council for approval. The approved proposals shall be implemented by the National Treasurer
               and the National Management Committee.
