ARTICLE 51:



               THE POLITICAL PARTY NOMINATION RULES AND REGULATIONS WITH
               RESPECT TO ELECTIONS OF THE PARTY AND RULES GOVERNING THE
               PREPARATION OF PARTY LISTS.


                   (a) There shall be a handbook on nominations, elections and preparation of party lists. The
                       Nominations and Election Rules and Procedures shall be approved by National Executive

                       Council for implementation by National Elections Board.

                   (b) The  National  Elections  Board  may  propose  amendments  to  the  rules  for  approval  by
                       National  Executive  Council  and  National  Executive  Council  may  also  propose

                       amendments.  No  amendments  shall  be  valid  three  (3)  months  to  any  election  or

                       nomination or preparation of party lists.

                   (c) Consideration for inclusion in the party list shall entail the following: - being

                          (i)  a fully paid-up member;

                          (ii) actively involved in party activities;

                          (iii)involved in recruitment of members;

                          (iv) involved in identifying and introducing candidates for election;

                          (v) involved in resource mobilization;




               ARTICLE 52:


               GENDER, AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR MINORITIES AND MARGINALIZED
               GROUPS.


               The party structures and positions of leadership shall be by a team that shall reflect gender,

               affirmative action, representation of minorities and marginalized groups
