10.4. DEPUTY NATIONAL ORGANIZING SECRETARIES-
There shall be two Deputy Organizing Secretaries, one of whom:
(a) shall be in charge of Branch Operations; the other
(b) shall be in charge of Programs and Training.
They shall assist, and perform the duties and exercise the powers of the National Organizing
Secretary in his absence, or as may be directed by the National Executive Council.
10.5.THE NATIONAL WOMEN’S CONGRESS CHAIRPERSON:
The National Women’s Congress Chairperson shall:
(a) Oversee the Party women’s programs and coordinate all activities relating to the female
membership of the party under the direction of the National Executive Council;
(b) Represent the interests and articulate issues concerning women’s membership of the
Party at the national level;
(c) Submit the plan of activities and programs of the Women’s Congress through the office
of the Secretary General for approval by the National Executive Council;
(d) Submit periodical reports on the performance of their Congress to the office of the
Secretary General.
10.6. THE NATIONAL YOUTH CONGRESS CHAIRPERSON:
The National Youth Congress Chairperson shall:
(a) Oversee the Party youth programs and coordinate all activities relating to the youth
membership of the party under the direction of the National Executive Committee;
(b) Represent the interests and articulate issues concerning the youth membership of the
Party at the National Level;
(c) Submit the plan of activities and programmes through the office of the Secretary General
for approval by the National Executive Committee;
(d) Submit periodical reports on the performance of their Congress to the office of the
Secretary General.
