(h) Co-ordinate, supervise and provide general guidance on all matters relating to
partnerships;
(i) With the approval of the National Executive Council, establish or cause the
establishment Non-Governmental Organization so as to tap the financial
resources available for general development of the party and the members, or
otherwise cooperate, liaise, work or enter into any agreement with the existing
Non-Governmental Organization for the benefit of the party;
(j) Liaise with or otherwise assist the National Organizing Secretary in the
organization of party meetings and other activities;
(k) Liaise with the National Election Board in the organization and conduct of party
elections;
(l) Perform other functions and exercise other powers conferred upon him under this
constitution or directed by the National Executive Council; or National
Chairperson from time to time;
(m) In the performance of his duties and exercise of his powers under this
constitution, the National Executive Director shall work in consultation with the
National Executive Council.
(n) In the absence of the Executive Director his/her functions shall be performed by
the Director of Party Organization. In the absence of the Director of Party
Organization, then the aforementioned functions shall be conducted by the
Director of Finance and Administration.
ARTICLE 11A: SENIOR OFFICERS OF THE PARTY
(a) There shall be Directors to render technical support to the National Secretariat on matters
of Finance and Administration, Party Organization, Media and Publicity and Research and
Legislative Affairs, who shall be full time employees of the Party and who shall serve on
such terms and conditions as approved by National Executive Council.
(i) The National Management Committee shall establish its own sub-committee to
be known as appointments sub-committee which shall be charged with the
responsibility of interviewing and making recommendation for the appointment
of the senior officers of the party;
(ii) The Sub Committee shall submit its recommendation to the National
Management Committee who may adopt or reject the recommendation as the
