(iii)Presentation and discussion of Statement of audited Accounts and budget by the
National Treasurer;
(iv) Approval of Auditor or team of auditors as competitively selected by the National
Governing Council;
(v) National Chairperson’s address in which he shall put forth for determination any
resolutions of the National Governing Council or the National Executive Council
requiring approval by the National Delegates Conference;
(vi) The reading by the Secretary General of the Resolutions taken on various issues
discussed at the Conference;
(vii) The National Delegates Conference Meetings may be held Physically/in
person or Online/Virtually
(viii) Any other business.
13.4. Special National Delegates Conference:
(a) A Special National Delegates Conference may be called for a specific but urgent
purpose at any time/if the National Executive Council so resolves by a resolution
supported by a two thirds majority;
(b) Notice of such meeting shall be sent to all Branches, and persons entitled to attend
the conference not less than fourteen (14) days before the date of such meeting;
(c) The Conference shall not discuss any other matter other than that for which it has
been convened.
(d) A Special Delegates Conference may be transformed into a Presidential
Nomination Council for purposes of nominating a presidential candidate; in
reference to the above the delegates will be twenty (20) from all the constituencies
(Sub- Branch)
(e) The composition of a Special National Delegates Conference shall mutatis
mutandis be as that of a National Delegates Conference.
