(c) Approve the budgets and work plans of the National Secretariat and Branches
(d) Formulate policy for consideration by the National Chairman and National
Executive Council;
(e) Supervise the conduct of the organization’s activities;
(f) Recruit and appoint staff of the National Secretariat
(g) Propagate KANU ideology and policies;
(h) Advise the National Chairman and the National Executive Council in the
performance of their functions under this Constitution;
(i) Implement the decisions of the National Chairperson and National Executive
Committee;
(j) Mediate on internal disputes affecting the Party;
(k) Ensure that all organs of the Party function properly and implement the policies
of Party;
(l) Approve Branch Officials lists in conjunction with the Organizing Secretary
(m) Assist the National Elections Board in the conduct of Party elections and
nominations;
(n) Propose Party representatives to the Electoral Management Body, Forums and
other organizations which the Party relates to;
(o) Formulate the agenda for NEC
(p) Coordinate fundraising and publicity of the Party
17.6. The Management Committee shall meet at least twice every month or as frequent
as the circumstances may dictate.
17.6. The National Management Committee Meetings may be held Physically/in
person or online/virtually
