21.2.  COUNTY ASSEMBLY CAUCUSES

                    (a)  The Members of each County Assembly elected on the Party ticket shall constitute

                          themselves into a Caucus to be known as the KANU MCA Caucus.

                    (b)  The Branch Chairperson shall in consultation with the County Executive Committee

                          within twenty-one days after the declaration of County elections convene a meeting of
                          all Members of the respective County Assembly elected on the Party ticket.

                    (c)  The agenda of the meeting shall be;

                          (i)  The election of the Caucus Leader

                          (ii) The election of a Whip

                    (d)  The Party MCAs shall, in the discharge of their mandate as Members of the County

                          Assembly,  endeavor  at  all  times  to  advance  the  Party  position,  objectives  and
                          ideologies

                    (e)  There, shall be an informal National Conference of Members of County Assemblies
                          elected on the Party ticket which shall meet annually but not later than the 3l of

                          December at a place determined by the National Chairperson

                    (f)  The conference shall review and consolidate the Party’s strength in the County
                          Governments and Assemblies.


                    (g)  The National Chairperson, the Secretary General and or the County Governor if elected

                          on a KANU ticket shall be entitled to attend and address any County Assembly Caucus
                          and to articulate at such meetings the Party position on any issue.


                    (h)  The County Assembly Caucus shall meet at least twice every year.



               ARTICLE 22. PERSONS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES CAUCUSES


                         22.1. There shall be established a Person’s living with disabilities caucuses.

                         22.2. This shall include two representatives at each branch level representing persons
                         living with disabilities.

                         22.3 The caucuses shall elect a chairperson, deputy chairperson and a treasurer who shall
                       form part of the national representation at the national level.

                         22.4. Any member of county assembly or parliament who is a representative of persons
                       living with disabilities shall be an ex-officio member of this caucuses
