(b) The agenda of the Branch Delegates Conference shall include

(i) Confirmation of the minutes of the last -conference and discussion of matters
arising therefrom;

(ii) Presentation and discussion of reports from Branch Secretary;

(iii)Presentation by the Treasurer of the Branch, financial report duly audited and the
Budget for the next year, and discussion thereof;

(iv) Branch Chairpersons speech;

(v) Approval of an auditor or firm of auditors selected competently by the Branch
Executive. Committee;

(vi) Any other business.

ARTICLE 24 B: Special Branch Delegates Conference;

(a) Branch Delegates Conference may be called for any specific purpose by the
Branch Chairperson in consultation with the Secretary General.

(b) Notice in writing of such meeting shall be sent to all Sub-branches not less than
Seven (7) days before the date of such meeting.

(c) The Conference shall not discuss any other matter other than that for which it has

been convened.

(d) The composition of a Special Branch Delegates Conference shall be the same as
that for the Branch Delegates Conference.

ARTICLE 24C: DUTIES OF THE BRANCH OFFICIALS

(a) The duties of the office bearers of the Branch shall be as follows:

(i) The Chairperson: - He shall convene and preside over all meetings. He
shall be spokesperson on all Party matters within the area of jurisdiction;

(ii) The Deputy Chairperson: - shall perform such duties as shall be assigned

to him by the Chairperson, and shall assist and assume the office of. the
Chairperson in his absence;

(iii)The Secretary: - The Secretary shall keep proper records of all

proceedings and minutes of the meetings of the Branch, and shall issue

notices convening all meetings of the. Branch and perform all such duties
