(a) The Polling Centre Women Congress consisting of all registered Members of

KANU in each Polling Centre;

(b) The Ward Women Congress consisting of the executive committee of each
Polling Centre in the Ward;

(c) The Sub-Branch Women Congress consisting of the executive committee of each
Ward Women Congress in the Sub-Branch;

(d) The Branch Women Congress consisting of the executive committee of each Sub-
Branch Women Congress;

(e) The National Women Congress consisting of the executive committee of each

Branch Women Congress.

30.6. Officials of the various Women Congresses shall hold office for a non-renewable term

of five (5) years.

30.7. The Women Congress shall hold general meetings to coincide with those of the main

Party Organs within which they are constituted, and the same shall be spaced
strategically so as not to be in conflict.

30.8. At the annual meetings, the Women Congress shall have the following agenda:

(a) Confirmation or otherwise of the minutes of the last Congress meeting and

discussion of matters arising there from,

(b) Report by the Women Congress Secretary,

(c) Programs and budget (including sources of funding) for self-help,

(d) Speech by the Congress Chairperson,

(e) Any other business.

30.9. The National Chairperson may from time to time convene a National Women Congress

to discuss such matters as shall be prescribed by the National Chairperson.
30.10. All National Kanu Women Congress (KWC) Officials MUST be Gold Members

30.11. All KWC Branch officials MUST be Silver members
30.12. All KWC Sub Branch Officials MUST be Bronze members

30.13. All KWC Ward Officials MUST be Imara Members
30.14. All KWC Polling Station Officials MUST be Imara members

Note:

Election Process of the officials shall be as per the National Elections Board procedures and
regulations.
